Our process
A clearer path to a more accessible home.
From your first question to the final walkthrough, see the next step clearly.

Choose your path
Two starting points.
One focus: your home.
Arranging your own project
Private-pay projects / Your home. Your priorities.
Start here when you are arranging and paying for a project directly. Your goals, the property and the agreed scope guide the work.
- 01
Start a conversation
Share your location, the space you want to change and what would make daily life easier.
- 02
Assess and plan
Review the home, available options, product selections and the proposed scope.
- 03
Build and review
Coordinate access and installation, review the completed work together, and confirm care instructions and follow-up contacts.
What to expect along the way
- 01 / Start a conversation. Share your location, the space you want to change and what would make daily life easier. Book a time to discuss the next step.
- 02 / Assess and plan. Review the home, available options, product selections and the proposed scope. Confirm written pricing, exclusions, schedule and any payment arrangements before committing.
- 03 / Build and review. Coordinate access and installation, review the completed work together, and confirm care instructions and follow-up contacts.
Through your plan
Medicaid-funded projects / A coordinated plan of care.
Begin with your health plan, care manager or authorized referral contact. Coverage, eligibility and authorization depend on the applicable program; a website inquiry does not approve funding.
- 01
Referral and eligibility
Work with the plan or care manager to confirm the referral pathway, coverage requirements and the people involved in the request.
- 02
Assessment and authorization
Coordinate the required assessment, documentation and proposed scope.
- 03
Installation and completion
Schedule authorized work, coordinate with the household and referring team, and provide the completion documentation required by the plan.
What to expect along the way
- 01 / Referral and eligibility. Work with the plan or care manager to confirm the referral pathway, coverage requirements and the people involved in the request.
- 02 / Assessment and authorization. Coordinate the required assessment, documentation and proposed scope. The appropriate plan must review and authorize covered work before it proceeds.
- 03 / Installation and completion. Schedule authorized work, coordinate with the household and referring team, and provide the completion documentation required by the plan.
Not sure where to begin?
Tell us your general location and whether you are arranging a project yourself or working with a care manager. We can help identify the right conversation. Do not send medical records or sensitive benefit information through a general inquiry.
What should I expect from a written scope?
Look for the work included, selections, responsibilities, exclusions, schedule assumptions, payment terms and the process for changes. Resolve questions before authorizing the work.
Are private-pay and funded projects handled the same way?
Both begin with understanding the home and the person’s goals. Funded projects may require additional referrals, documentation and authorization from the relevant program before work can proceed.
Tell us what would make home work better.
Begin with the changes you have in mind.
